I was fed up with my crappy Windows Vista 32bit version so one day I decided to break open my PC and change it to a Windows 7 64bit version, and I did it without backing up anything, but I still got to keep my data! Wooo~~

Not bad eh? But the problem is, it had Windows Vista 64bit installed on it. I wanted to change to Windows 7 but didn't really have much money at the time, and thought with a high-end PC like this, I wouldn't need to change it.
結構いいでしょう？でもWindows Vistaがついてきたんですよね。。。買った時ははちょうどWindows 7が発売されたときでしたがお金があまりなくって。。。まーいーかと思いながら今までWindows Vistaを使ってきました。
After a while though, the OS decided not to work, so I formated the drive and did a clean install. Only problem was that the company only provided me with a 32bit installation disc.... so I was stuck with 32bit for a while. Not being able to use more than 4gb... but it wasn't such a big deal. I hardly used After Effects or 3DS Max at the time.
買って５ヶ月？ぐらいたったときにＯＳがなんだか起動しなくなりWindowsを新しくインストールしたのですが。。。なんと！32bit版のデスクしかなかったのです！(_ _|||)
そのときはAfter Effectsや3DS Maxはあんまり使ってなかったので、まーいーかと思いながら今まで6GB RAMで32bit版を使ってましたｗ ﾊﾞｶﾔﾛｰｫｩｫｩ(｣´Д`)」ｫｩｫｩｫｩｫｩ
A few weeks ago though... I changed my mind. I started using After Effects and 3DS Max a lot now and I could really use the extra 2GB of RAM. Also... Vista's IE would just keep on crashing on me and something was wrong with my mouse driver, thinking a single click was a double click. After much frustration and thought, I decided to install Windows 7.... but how?
でもやっぱり耐えられませんでした。After Effectsや3DS Maxをよく使うようになってから残りの2GBのRAMが恋しくてしょうがない。VistaのIEもよくクラッシュしてタスクバーなどが消えることはしょっちゅう、とうとうマウスも使い物にならなくなりました。もういやだ！、と思いWindows 7をインストールするのに決心しました！でも。。。どうやって？
The reason why I didn't install Windows 7 up till now was because I didn't want to buy a second hard drive just to back-up all my data (￥8000 for a HDD!? Pfft, I can just buy a new game for that) ... I didn't want to loose said data either. I had a spare 500gb HDD lying around, but it wasn't enough to backup all the data I had... then I thought... why not take out the 1TB HDD out of my PC, and replace it with my 500GB HDD and install Windows 7 on that!?

それはバックアップが面倒くさかったからさ！新しいハードドライブを買うより,そのお金をゲームにつぎ込んだほうがよっぽどいいと思ってしまう俺なので。。。でもやっぱりデータが全部なくなるのはいやだー！
どうすればいい。。。一応3年前の500GB HDDはあるが。。。今のデータをバックアップするには足りない。。。どうしよう！と思ったら。。。PCについてる1TB HDDを取り出して、500GBのと摩り替えるえればいいんじゃないか！？それで500GBのほうにWindows 7をインストールすれば。。。
And so I did.

| Fiddling around with Ultramon and Rainmeter. Ultramon is an great application for people using more than one monitor. It's certainly a must have. UltramonとRainmeterでイジイジ。 二つ以上のモニターを持ってる方にはUltramonを絶対お勧めします！ |
